If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy explains how to return items purchased from our online store at https://wottontaekwondo.co.uk.
You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached.
To start a return, please email shop@wottontaekwondo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with full instructions on how to return your item.
Note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
When we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an error or fault occurred on our part.
Need a different size or colour? Contact us at shop@wottontaekwondo.co.uk before returning your item.
We suggest sending back the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number for faster processing.
Taekwondo Shop will cover return postage and issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty:
Mouthguards, groin guards, or any personal protective gear.
Custom-printed or personalised uniforms and items.
