Comfortable sportswear is fine. Uniforms are available once you join.

Yes, all classes are supervised and designed for safe, age-appropriate training.

Twice a week is ideal for progress, but once-a-week options are available.

Gradings are held every 3 months, helping you work toward your next belt.

Yes, our Thursday family sessions welcome parents and children to train together.
