No, our classes welcome complete beginners and experienced students alike.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable sportswear is fine. Uniforms are available once you join.

Yes, all classes are supervised and designed for safe, age-appropriate training.

Twice a week is ideal for progress, but once-a-week options are available.

Gradings are held every 3 months, helping you work toward your next belt.

Yes, our Thursday family sessions welcome parents and children to train together.

10.00am Junior Events – Musical Patterns – Bo Staff – Little PUMAs

11.30am Adult Coloured belt weigh in followed by patterns and sparring

12.30pm All black belt divisions

Entry form for non-PUMA competitors

Adults & Juniors One event £35, each event thereafter £5.

Spectators: £5.00 spectators – on the door
